I'm very happy because we became friends in a short time; I won friends here and I remember them forever.

Another unforgettable vacation to the Novotel! Very pleased with the range of services and especially the location of the hotel - right by the sea - from the room was a view of the beach and a hundred meters to the sea - it is paradise! The green, well-kept area, the staff is very responsive and professional in performing tasks, delicious variety of meals, eating seafood, freshly squeezed juices and lots of fruit throughout the restaurant's opening hours (even coming half an hour before closing, always a decent range - all in plenty!) Rooms are well maintained, in excellent condition furniture, appliances, cleaning quality, the only downside (specifically for me) is uncomfortable pillows, of as many as 4 pieces, but there is clearly something wrong with them in quality. The beach- there are always lounge chairs available, early in the morning I didn't check (only after 10:00) , cleanliness on the beach and on the grounds 10 out of 10, the staff work like bees, and a lot of attention - always asked - how are you doing, how to help, and every opportunity - really help. Nearby 5 minutes walk huge shopping area - Naama - it has everything and the atmosphere is super! (to Old Town and Soho Square went once each - you can see, but walking and shopping - better on Naama Bay. Special thanks to the restaurant manager Abdo, a very attentive and professional employee, makes incredible holidays - birthday or gender poi or proposal... professional organizer with huge positive human qualities! Alaa and Monad were great and very friendly at the reception, trying to help with everything and welcome us. Sayed was great with the cleaning of the room and filling the fridge with water. Mohamed and Amer were very friendly waiter doing a great service. We were very happy with our stay and would love to come back. The beach is lovely too for snorkeling. Highly recommend.
