Very nice hotel with very helpful and professional staff especially house keeping staff called mohamed el hagrasy

The experience was fantastic; the hotel staff was truly very friendly and welcoming. Excellent cuisine; the facility and location lived up to expectations. A big hug to the director who has been present from the beginning for any needs. It's worth returning.

My wife and I were married on the 13th of June, and we chose IL Mercato for our minimoon because we had stayed here previously and had such a fantastic experience. Once again, the hotel exceeded all of our expectations and reminded us exactly why we came back. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly special. A huge thank you to the Front Office Manager, Ahmed Badawy, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He arranged VIP treatment for us, including ensuring there were beautiful flowers waiting in our room for my wife, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the start of our minimoon even more memorable. Every single member of staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. A special mention has to go to Mo at the lobby bar. His humour, wit, and genuinely welcoming personality are one of the main reasons we were drawn back to IL Mercato. He always goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home, and it’s people like him who make this hotel so special. Thank you to everyone at IL Mercato for making our minimoon so memorable. We can’t wait to return and look forward to staying with you again very soon!
