The hotel is lovely along with the staff. Alice has been amazing to us since i have been here and continues to be amazing. She is a credit to the team

The bar staff, entertainment team and cleaners were all friendly, polite and hardworking. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very disappointing. The food was extremely poor, and we had serious concerns about hygiene standards in the kitchen. There was very little choice suitable for British guests, and we did not feel that English holidaymakers were adequately catered for. We also found some members of management rude and were uncomfortable with how they appeared to treat their staff. There were constant problems around the pool with sun loungers. English guests had towels moved or taken and personal belongings interfered with, but when these incidents were reported, nothing appeared to be done. We were also persistently approached by spa staff and tattooists around the pool—sometimes as many as five times a day. This became extremely frustrating and made it difficult to relax. The music around the pool was mainly aimed at Egyptian guests, whose requests appeared to be given preference. A better variety of music would help all guests feel equally welcome. Although some members of staff were excellent, the poor food, hygiene concerns, management’s attitude, constant sales pressure and unresolved problems around the pool had a significant negative impact on our holiday.

Can not fault the pool bar staff especially bashoy he was brilliant, the life guards, entertainment team was also brilliant who tryed to get everyone involved , I would give them and bashoy five star just for them!! We been here 10 nights hardly eaten here as it’s same don’t cater for English fries and nuggets!! when we was going home we was getting picked up at 20:20 and flying at midnight my children was not aloud some fries! Even though we only got the hotel at 2 in the morning and payed a full day but still can’t give some fries!!! we have all had the dreaded bug which my partner as been in bed for two days! The mangers are very rude never smile and always shouting at there staff, the cleaners try there best with rooms but bathroom could do with an upgrade! My five star goes to bashoy the lifeguards and entertainment team! Cos the hotel defo not
