It is not 5 stars Hotel. I think it is 4 stars. The weather is awesome more sunshine t=+25-30, sea t=+20-25. The sea is calm and there are no winds. There are two beds, two chairs, balcony with type on the sea, TV, bathroom, bar, refrigerator and air conditioning equipment in room. Services in hotel on 4 stars. The room clining every day. Meals fresh but little choice. There is no natural juice and ice-cream. There is no choice of fruits only apple and oranges. Then their pond with warm water was not heated therefore children bathed only in the sea. Beach super! There are chaise lounges with matresses and towels. It is possible to suit to the sea on ponton bridge and directly from the coast on sand. I soo much love the Red Sea in Egypt from Shar El Sheikh! His diversity of subsea world. It is one of the reasons of my arrival here. You will to take your mask and flippers ;)

y it was my wrost experience in sharm el sheikh. It is not 5 stars i think it is 3 stars or less 1- the rooms furniture is very old and ugly. Also not clean enough 2- the bathroom wasn't clean at all and at first my room had no towels 3- my 4 days stay they never changed the food at lunch and dinner. Every day almost same food also drinks on the restaurant was served in a very ugly small cups 4- the food tast is very bad. I think they don't have a cocking chief at all. It was really bad and can't be served at 3 stars hotel 5- the restaurant is very small and the serving chefs clothes are not clean 6- the pool is not clean at all and not heated. 7- the beach bar is not working . No drinks no snacks. 8- some of the staffs don't know anything about the 5 stars service 9- very small lobby 10- i'd give it one star. But i gave it 2 stars juat for the animation team and the amazing location of sharks bay where is the best place for diving and snorkeling I will never come back again

It is not new building but clean and nice. There are swimming pools near the every building is very comfortable. You can see pool near your window. We also like that two doors we have in the room. One into the pool and another is regular. Another story is place beauty. So many trees, palms, gazons is amazing. Beach also very nice. Hotel is placed near the most beautyful live corral reif, so it has amazing flora and fauna in the sea. Water is very salted and transparent. Good service, nice stuff. It was our first family travel by airplane. Rooms are not new, but clean.
