First time in Sharm el Sheikh (I had been to Marsa Alam in the past), but 17th Bravo village (and I believe I have visited about thirty in total). Overall I had a very good time, even though my age (59), my status (single), and the characteristics of the resort (packed with Russians, in a clear majority) did not make getting involved easy. I will go as usual to the details: STRUCTURE: very beautiful, divided into two twin zones (Village and Island). I was at the Village and I was happy with it. Very meticulous cleaning of the common areas, the rooms, and the beach. Three pools, the possibility for everyone to choose the most comfortable accommodation. SEA: the sea accessible from the beach consists of two fairly large "pools," but with very shallow water (especially at low tide), which does not prevent one from snorkeling a bit and seeing a good variety of fish. But obviously the best part is beyond the pier, where the reef is colorful and very varied. In strong wind conditions, however, swimming from the pier is prohibited (on average this happens for half the day, almost always in the morning). A bit crowded with often clumsy swimmers, but I enjoyed it time and time again. Honestly, however, one cannot say that it is an exceptional sea spot. Water shoes are mandatory. DINING: Good, one cannot complain. I always had lunch at the restaurant by the pool, and dinner at the main one. Attentive and friendly waiters, variety and quality of a good level. EXCURSIONS: I chose the two at Ras Mohamed (by land and by sea). Both have pros and cons. For pure snorkeling, the sea-based stops are better, but the long boat ride to reach White Island was, in my opinion, not worth it. By land, there are more varied stops and a good Bedouin lunch. I recommend Ras Mohamed by land, but choosing the full-day option. ENTERTAINMENT: I happily rediscovered the spirit of the Villaggi Bravo that I had known for years, after recent disappointments. The guys were all adorable, starting with the leader Weo, and the managers Alex and Isy, always smiling and attentive. I must mention Ciccio, Yoyo, Antonio, and Federico for their friendliness and how they involved me; they are truly golden guys. Not having children, I cannot mention the girls from the miniclub (but a compliment to the smiling Valeria is due). Even though I am not their "client," I must mention the lovely Laura and Carmen, who were also always smiling and friendly. The show program was obviously influenced by the overwhelming foreign presence, but when the staff performed on stage, they always drew enthusiastic applause for their skill and charm. Matilde is a choreographer and actress of great presence and skill. The rest of the programming, apart from the traditional Egyptian evening, was, as mentioned, aimed at involving the foreign clientele as much as possible through beach parties, pool parties, dance shows, and evenings at the resort's nightclub. Not the best for an "old guy" without children, but oh well. The young people had a great time. SERVICES: I had three massages at the Spa, and I must say that Mohamed was exceptional; I highly recommend him. The laundry service is fast and very efficient. A sore point is the Wi-Fi, accessible only from the lobby, and very, very weak. They say that in August they will have upgraded it, and it will be better, because in 2026 in Sharm there cannot be such poor Wi-Fi. I got a local SIM card at the airport for 10 Euros and everything was perfect, except that due to government regulations WhatsApp calls are blocked unless you are connected to Wi-Fi (or have a VPN). For once, even the round-trip flight with Neos was perfect in terms of schedule and service. I conclude with a personal compliment to a person I have known for many years and whom I unexpectedly found at the Nubian in the role of director. I am talking about Amedeo Zibbone, whose attention to the organization of all the entertainment is total, with results of great quality. His mark is recognizable to those who knew him as head of entertainment, aimed at making the experience in the village as energetic and festive as possible. Well done Amedeo, it was a pleasure to see you again!

Excellent resort, a round of applause in particular for the staff, and for the Italian chef Mauro.

Holidayed with family in June at this hotel. It was the first time in Egypt, I can say that the service is not inferior to hotels in Turkey. Great kitchen, spacious grounds with swimming pools and of course great animation. I particularly wanted to mention Maria Gorelova. Masha is an excellent conversationalist and animator. Thanks again for your work.
