average hotel with no many facilities to make fun or luxury stay food is good rooms wide and clean staff helpful but not so kind position is away from downtown it was good stay by the way .. all time spent outside

The rooms were not clean, and broken glass were collected from kids swimming pool. In addition to very impolite receptionist and catering staff. The worst food ever, and my wife fall off broken seat in the restaurant.

on booking our holiday to this hotel over 3 mouth ago we arrived at the hotel on the 7th December 2014 we were meet and was told the hotel closed and had been for twelve days. Was told we would be taken to sister hotel which was 30 minutes away after waiting for an hour to be transferred to the sister hotel on arrival we were given cold food so not very happy we then went to bed and awoke to find the hotel was not very nice we decided not to stay and had to pay to go and stay in another hotel which was the oriental resort far better hotel.
