We swapped from the Aqua resort to Beach resort and thank god we did. It saved our holiday. Straightaway the standards were clearly different. I don’t know how Aqua resort is 4 star, if it is then the beach resort must be 7 or 8! The difference was massive. The reception was immaculate and the staff friendly and helpful. Reda (manager) helped arrange our hotel swap. He kindly upgraded our room and sent a fruit basket. We were driven to our new room in a golf buggy by Tommy. He was friendly and very informative. He showed us to our room and explained where everything was. We had a view of the pool and sea from our balcony. It was gorgeous. The room was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The main pool area was beautiful. The pool by the beach was so picturesque although small. The beach was gorgeous. Food - was good! I don’t normally expect much from all inclusive but we ate really well. Not loads of choice for us but honestly that didn’t matter. Fresh pasta was so tasty. Our 12 year old son was in food heaven. He regularly had food from the BBQ outside, his favourite being the chicken shawarma. He also loved the freshly made sushi and donuts. Drinks - this was a bit of a letdown (hence only 4 star review) , the alcohol tasted cheap no matter what you had, cocktails were poor, beer was nice and soft drink were branded so they were good. One other negative was the amount of staff around the pool trying to sell experiences such as day trips, spa treatment and photos. It was everyday. Ideally they should have an area in the hotel where we can go and book the services. It was just too much. Everyone was friendly, nothing too pushy apart from the photographer who just wouldn’t take no and then started taking pictures of our son. We also didn’t like the noise level during the day, the music from the speakers were incredibly loud. It didn’t play all day but when it did, we found ourselves going to the beach as you couldn’t hear one another. Location was really good and only 10 mins from the airport. If you need a taxi I would highly recommend using the inDrive app. Getting a taxi on the road means you could be paying double than we would on the inDrive app. A taxi to the airport cost £5 using the app, the taxis parked outside the hotel quoted £13. Overall we had a lovely trip and would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

We have just returned from an incredible holiday at Parrotel Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and their warmth and friendliness continued throughout our entire holiday. The standout experience for us was the restaurant. A huge thank you to Mahmood, who went above and beyond every single day. His customer service was exceptional—always smiling, attentive, professional, and making us feel like valued guests. He genuinely made every meal a pleasure and is a real credit to the resort. It's staff like Mahmood who turn a great holiday into an unforgettable one. The bar staff (Muhammad) and pool staff (Mina & Muhammad) also deserve massive praise. They worked tirelessly, always with a smile despite the heat, and were quick, friendly, and happy to help. Their positive attitudes created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere around the resort, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The resort itself is beautiful, with lovely pools, well-kept gardens, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic beachfront location. It offers everything you need for a relaxing break, and we made memories that will last a lifetime. The only area where we feel there's room for improvement is the entertainment team. While they were friendly, we'd have loved to see them engage more with all guests throughout the day. A little more energy, interaction, and a wider variety of daytime activities would really elevate the overall holiday experience and encourage more people to get involved. Overall, this is a fantastic resort with outstanding staff who genuinely care about their guests. Mahmood in the restaurant deserves special recognition for the exceptional service he provided, and the hardworking bar and pool teams were equally brilliant. We would happily recommend Parrotel Beach Resort to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday!
