I had a wonderful stay at Parrotel Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious, clean rooms, well-maintained gardens, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The entertainment team kept guests engaged with fun activities throughout the day and enjoyable evening shows. The pools were clean and never felt overcrowded, making it easy to relax. The location is also convenient, being close to Sharm El Sheikh Airport and local shops. Overall, this resort offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday in Sharm El Sheikh, and I would be happy to return in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Holiday and Exceptional Staff My wife and I stayed at Parrotel Beach Resort, Sharm El Sheikh, from 11th to 18th June 2026, and we had an absolutely wonderful holiday. This trip was especially important because it was my wife’s 50th birthday, and the hotel made her feel like a princess throughout our stay. The kindness, attention, and special touches from the staff made her birthday truly unforgettable. We also enjoyed a fantastic three-day couples spa experience. The spa manager and staff were brilliant, professional, and welcoming, making it one of the highlights of our holiday. What really sets this hotel apart is the incredible hospitality. Every day when I walked into the restaurant, the staff was amazing always had time to have a chat & joke and already knew what we liked. While we collected our food, they would always bring me a cold beer and my wife her favourite orange and pineapple juice even when I was about to finish new glass was on its way. It was these thoughtful personal touches that made us feel genuinely valued as guests. I would like to give special thanks to Karem for his excellent service, Mahmoud Galal at the Pool Bar, together with Hawash and Khairya, who were always friendly, hardworking, and attentive. A special mention also goes to Ermid from the shisha area, whose warm personality and outstanding service made our evenings even more enjoyable. As someone who enjoys creating AI-generated videos, I made personalised videos featuring members of the hotel team, including staff from the bars, restaurants, entertainment team, housekeeping staff, and cleaners. They were fascinated by them and loved seeing themselves in the videos. Sharing those moments and seeing their reactions created memories that we will never forget. From the cleaners and gardeners to the restaurant, bar, animation, spa, and management teams, every member of staff contributed to making our stay exceptional. The only sad part of the holiday was having to head back to England. I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively around the world, including Canada, New York, India, Turkey, Greece, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and many other destinations. I have stayed in numerous hotels and resorts over the years, but I can honestly say that the hospitality we received at Parrotel Beach Resort was among the very best. The genuine warmth, kindness, and personal attention shown by the staff were exceptional. They didn’t just provide great service—they made us feel valued, welcome, and at home throughout our stay. It is this level of hospitality that turns a good holiday into an unforgettable experience, and one that we will always remember with great affection. Thank you to everyone at Parrotel Beach Resort for making my wife’s 50th birthday celebration so special. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

We're currently relaxing in this hotel with baby 1.10. It's great. 1. Arrived at 11.06pm around 9.00pm. Ahmed moved us into the reception. It went fast. Did they give a great number 1153. Thank him very much. The cleaning is great. Water is supplied even if there is still a bottle left. Janitor 5 ⭐️ 2. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Chefs and waiters bustle. Quickly clean up, sometimes help get drinks from bar to table. Small choice, but plenty of food. There's plenty to feed the baby, too. You can also order a separate portion and have it brought to the table for your next meal. (Ordered for baby puree, soup, scrolled beef) Meals from morning to evening. All day long there is fast food (potatoes, burgers, hot dogs, pizza). 3. The sea and the pool left a nice experience too. There are tides/tides, which allow you to enter the sea from the shore. The pier can be crowded, but it doesn't give you any trouble overall. There's always enough sunbeds. They'd come in after 10am and 4pm and find a place without problems. 4. The animation is great. Always called for fun. They try very hard. An animated show every night. 5. Absolutely all hotel staff are friendly. Always greeting, smiling and wishing a good day. It's my 8th time in Egypt, and I'd come to this hotel more. If you look for cons, you can find them everywhere, of course, but we're here on vacation and we don't pay attention to any little things.
