She rested in this hotel from 23.06.2026 to 02.07.2026. The hotel was the first to arrive 10 minutes by public transfer via PEGAS. Arrived at 4 p.m. The holiday began with a very friendly and professional manager named Nasser. Checked in immediately, in a great room with a frontal sea view. (Paid for the garden view room) During the rest he handled all my requests and wishes very promptly and friendly. I wish him a career and good health. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained, the food is varied and delicious. A nice good pier, sunbeds and mattresses are great. What I absolutely didn't like was the animation team. The boys are local, completely incompetent. Boring non-entertainment programs, guest artists, no dancers, and yet turned out to be unscrupulous. They agreed to a $25 retreat during the day and when it was time to go $50, of course, the evening was ruined. Massage also turned out to be a case, working one young girl who is perfect, does not know the techniques, and also fainted in the process. What I would recommend to the management, in my opinion, is to build a small amphitheatre recruit professional animators, invite periodically artists, dancers and singers. Carefully consider recruiting employees regarding the spa, with license and experience. To build another pier of the same kind, (for such a large area one is not enough, especially since it is not located in the middle, but shifted to the left, which creates not a convenience who relaxes on the right side) Make contact bars on the beach, there are two, but not in the bottom of them are not tables, not chairs.

We visited in June and had a very good holiday. The hotel staff were very attentive especially the pool staff around the Calamari bar area and our room cleaner was good. My wife is a coeliac and has to eat gluten free food. We made the restaurant staff aware of this with an Arabic translated description. Ayman made sure each day that we were being served well. Also Abdulrahmen went the further mile when serving. Generally the food was good and the tables were cleared and cleaned quickly, never having to wait for a table. The al a carte meals were excellent in the Italian restaurant. The main reception and areas around it are very well maintained as well as the gardens. The pool at the Calamari bar does need some tlc. Overall we enjoyed a relaxing holiday and the excellent and polite service.

We had a lovely time at this excellent hotel. The reception staff were very helpful, especially Kevin, Guest Relations Manager, who listened and acted upon any feedback. Dining room staff were excellent, friendly, attentive and hardworking. Tables were cleared immediately, never had to wait for a clean table. Vast variety of food at each meal. We had lovely rooms with a sea view, rooms were clean, décor well maintained. Housekeeper Samy always did a great job. Although we don’t spend much time in the rooms, it would be nice to have more than one English speaking TV channel: It was rolling news with the same programmes in-between. A film channel would be great. Tea and coffee supplies in the rooms were well topped up. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss. I thought the children’s mini disco was particularly bad, (and I have seen quite a few), hardly any disco, instead musical statues, pass the ball and a lot of children standing around looking bored and waiting for the disco part to start. Sometimes there was nothing on after 21:30, after the non-existent mini disco but when they did put on a show, they were very good. We enjoyed taking an evening walk to the local shops not far from the hotel. The pools were clean, most of our time was spent at the main pool. All the staff were very attentive, with special mention for Robin, Jonnuo and Hesham and his bar staff team who kept us supplied with fluids. The DJ and Animation team were great, I admired their persistence in trying to get us to do energetic exercise in 35 degree heat, which we always politely declined ha-ha. Despite this, they always came over to talk to us so I have to make special mention to Honda: what a dynamo he is, always upbeat and sociable, loved watching him dance, he’s so talented. And handsome Joe, really nice friendly guy who chatted with us whenever he saw us around the hotel, day or night. Always busy but always had time to ask if we needed anything. All in all, we had a relaxing holiday in a great hotel and would definitely stay there again.
