Royal Paradise Resort

Whoever wants to get hurt, robbery, crack, or bad experiences should visit this hotel. Remember, the start of this hotel in the '90s was excellent under a professional management but now the owner's management is at the top of trouble, lack of knowledge, possibilities, hospitality and commitment.

I was deeply disappointed with the resort's overall condition. It appears to have been neglected for several years, with no significant maintenance or renovation efforts. The facilities were minimal, with no designated area for children to play. The only amenities provided were the pool and a water slide. While the beach was undeniably beautiful, the lack of attention to the resort’s infrastructure and guest experience was frustrating. Despite inquiring multiple times about the resort's state, I was repeatedly told that new management would take over and that improvements would be expected in the coming year. Unfortunately, this reassurance came too late to impact my stay, and based on this experience, I will not consider booking at this resort in the future. Additionally, I paid a $300 administrative fee and used my timeshare points, only to find myself assigned to a subpar hotel room instead of the resort unit I had anticipated. The unit I booked—featuring two bedrooms and a kitchen—was unavailable, and I was placed in a room with a dirty bedroom and a poorly maintained bathroom. When I voiced my concerns, I received poor treatment from management, who failed to address the issue effectively. The isolated location also left me with no choice but to order food from the resort’s restaurant, trapping me with limited options. This experience was far from the standard I expected, and I regret booking at this resort. This location did enough to hurt the image of Egypt!!!!!

Resort in vey bad condition due to maintenance & renovation not hapenning for a lot of years. No facilities at all even for kids playing area. Only pool & water slide is available. Beach is amazing. Every time asking for such resort condtion the answer is new management is taking over & will fix everything for next years which it's too late for me & i'll not book for it in the future.
