Our stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences. • Water: not a single bottle of water was provided in the room during the whole stay. When we asked, the staff told us to buy it. Completely unacceptable for an all inclusive hotel. • Food: absolutely terrible. Every day the same, no real choice, only a couple of dishes that were almost impossible to eat. We were hungry most of the time. • Staff: unfriendly and unhelpful, no hospitality at all. • Rooms: dirty, unhygienic, towels were stained and not properly cleaned. It was so bad that we even had to rent a room in another hotel (Sharm Plaza) just to survive our holiday. Thanks to Sharm Plaza for saving our trip, but Sharm Inn Amarein was a complete disaster. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone – just ruined holidays.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences during my stay. From the very beginning, the reception staff were extremely unprofessional and impolite. The first room I was given had a door that wouldn’t close properly. When I requested a room change, the receptionist refused and insisted on sending maintenance instead. It took more than 30 minutes for them to fix it, and meanwhile I had to wait with my luggage. The bathroom smelled unpleasant, and even after requesting housekeeping, it wasn’t properly cleaned. The air conditioning was also faulty and required multiple technicians to come and work on it. Altogether, it took nearly three hours from check-in before I could finally settle into the room. Throughout my stay, the room was never cleaned properly. Towels were missing, and only two bottles of water were provided for the entire duration. Calling reception was frustrating — they often didn’t answer, and when they did, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. In the restaurant, most of the staff appeared very young and inexperienced, which reflected poorly on the overall service quality. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The service, cleanliness, and professionalism fell far below basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I've been to Egypt a lot of times, and other countries under the system are all inclusive. What I'm saying. It's the worst meal of my life. If breakfast is still tolerated, then lunch and dinner is survival. There's no other name for it. No food. There's dry rice (I'm OK with it) and it might go over gravy with a cabbage and a couple of cucumbers. Activity at sea only makes hunger awake. But you can't remove it with these handouts. Since the afternoon, always hungry unless you eat elsewhere. And yes, if you think all-inclusive is locally produced spirits, you just haven't been to this hotel yet. But there's no beer, no local rum/scotch.
