Sultan Gardens Resort All Inclusive

The hotel is great, we really enjoyed it! Came with my family for seven days, not enough time at all. Thanks to the animation team for their activity, the daughters enjoyed going to yoga and recharging. Special thanks to animator Anna! We'll definitely be back!

Great family hotel ,the area is huge definitely not recover )) Food disassembled ,eat whatever you want Pool 14+ is just the best you could think of )stay calm if you're eating with a teenager Special thanks to the animator Elizabeth ,thanks to you the rest became much easier and more interesting, Thank you very much! The only thing is probably negative, but it's purely ours, the reef is modest, there are few fish, and the only entry into the sea is from a pontoon! So overall, a great five.

We vacationed together with our husband in a hotel from 14.06. to 23.06.26. from the tour operator Fun&Sun. The hotel arrived around 11 a.m. At the reception they put on bracelets, put luggage outside we asked for towel cards and went to see the grounds. After lunch, we were handed a map from our future suite 440. As it turns out, it's the first shoreline, the first floor. But for some reason the luggage - the suitcase and bag were loaded into the car and taken without us and we were told to get in a tuk-tuk and the tuk-tuk driver would tell us where to get off. We got to the final stop, the driver said we should get off here. We went looking for our number. Luckily, he wasn't far from the stop. That's where the luggage arrived. We're perfectly comfortable with the room, everything's working. The only thing that didn't work was the hood in the bathroom and the very noisy air conditioning in the room that doesn't automatically shut off. The view from the room is gorgeous. Cleaning is good, only water was sometimes put in one bottle, but you can ask, always give a second. Everything needed for the tea station was replenished. Three days later, we met respected head manager Mr. Hanni and his assistant, the charming Julia. They were wondering how our holiday was going, took our wishes into account. It's been a great holiday. We were very pleased that all the hotel staff could do their job well. Thank you very much to all the staff of the Sultan Garden! When you respect your guests, we guests respect and appreciate you and your work! That's where understanding and friendship begin! Thanks from us to bartender MAHMOUD ALI, for the delicious cocktails. This great guy works at a second-floor Fun&Sun bar. Huge respect for the managers who oversee all the bartenders. The quality of service depends on you dear ones! We felt it for ourselves. The only downside of pure alcohol being diluted is it feels like it. So drink a little undiluted and enough, you need a few little for mood or appetite. (Especially when there's a World Cup... There's not much beer...) We also want to thank the managers of Fun&Sun MOEMEN SALAMA and SAID ALI! They became our friends, the best of the best! They supervise the work of their employees, they help themselves to bring something, clean the tables in the restaurant, ask if the holiday guests need anything. Now, on the subject of the hotel: The area is beautiful, well-maintained, the gardeners are very good at cutting, doing "hair" to trees, bushes, removing fallen foliage, watering. The sea is fabulous, the water is +28. We liked the beach, the deckchairs were always available. The beachboys kept clean, constantly removed unwanted empty glasses brought from the bar by campers, adjusted the deckchairs, cleaned them, collected garbage from the beach. They have a lot of work to do. Two Piers, and two other floating islands in between, super great. We liked the reef, and there were corals and lots of beautiful fish and big fish. Someone writes that the reef is poor, believe me, we've seen a lot of reefs, different in beauty, but there are a lot smaller reefs in other hotels and they manage to fence it off,- 25 meters there and the same amount back, and the finish. And here you can swim from pontoon to pontoon even another hotel. Rescuers watching, watching the people what ours is, what's from another hotel. Safety comes first. Towels were handed out early in the morning, you can give them up and take them again without restrictions. We visited the fun&sun beach area in the afternoon, the sea was shaded and there was sun and shade, very comfortable. The bar and the bartenders on the beach area are cool, making delicious coffee, mojitos. In general, all beach bars are good because they have hasty guys, and ice cream is served to everyone and cocktails made and beer poured. And in the evening, these hardworkers go to work at the restaurants for cards. Three a la carte restaurants we visited thanks to Mr. Hanni and the little Julia. They liked everyone, really liked it, couldn't even pick out the best. Everything is top-notch and dishes and service. Chefs from all the restaurants went out and wondered if everything tasted good. Yes, it was really delicious and dignified! We loved the dishes and the service and the attention. And that's where people work all day long, working at beach bars, cooking lunches, at the beach restaurant, snacking elsewhere in the hotel! In no hotel in a la carte restaurants have we seen such care and respect. Thank you so much, human! We've only been to the pools a few times, it's hot, so we were better off closer to the sea. But we liked it there, all the amenities close by, and the locker rooms and the showers and the snacks and the bars. The property is interesting, mountainous, multi-level. Taf - taf from morning to late evening is constant and frequent. We often walked around the grounds from our room, the beautiful hotel is a sin. The hotel's sweet shop deserves attention, it was a great success for everyone. There are many different flavors, you can make yourself any tea, or you can order delicious coffee. The bars on the ground and second floor were also impressive for their comfort and variety of coffee, soft and alcoholic cocktails. Bartenders do them well. And everyone has their own successful specialty cocktail, what's called a hearty one. As long as the bartender doesn't hide his soul and the art of making cocktails is very far away... (As it was at the beginning of our rest and introduction to these craftsmen and waiters). Waiters know how to work when they want to or when they need to. At the beginning of the glory days they were not very willing, but then under the sensitive guidance of managers worked in a clear, organized way. Thank them from us. We stopped by the discotheque once in the basement. We liked it, the people danced and we were heartily... Animators try to involve holidaymakers in various interesting events, games. You can see and hear them, they do their job, they try. In the evenings you can listen to live music, violin playing, singing, after watching the show. Someone's into hookah, they say it's a good fruit mix. We didn't try it, but we trusted the knowledgeable people. The hotel security service is very well established. We've noticed guys walking all over the place, on the beach and even on the piers. And to conclude my long review I want to sum up: the hotel is decent, going to it can and should rest! And again, we saw all the merits thanks to the managing head manager, the distinguished Mr. Hanni, the sweet Julia, the management team responsible for all the staff. Everyone - all the staff at the Sultan Garden Resort, thank you very much and take a low bow for turning a mixed experience into an unforgettable fairy tale! Our plans are to return to you in the winter. Let's hope that happens.
