My mother and I spent a truly fairy-tale week at the Savoy. This entire stay was filled with endless excitement and admiration. The experience you created for us was simply extraordinary—from the sheer beauty of the hotel and the outstanding gastronomy to the incredible hospitality of the staff. We felt nothing but warmth and positive energy from everyone, the immense respect shown to us is truly beyond words. The staff's genuine kindness and humanity are unmatched. They were ready to assist us at any time with any matter. I would like to specifically highlight individuals such as Mosaad, Shenouda, Emad and Rasha, who amazed us with their hospitality and heartfelt kindness. I must also mention Mohamed, who made our time by the pool even more memorable by constantly looking after our mood and making sure we had fun. A special mention goes to the pool bartender as well, though I unfortunately cannot recall his name, he treated us to the most delicious, artfully crafted cocktails and coffees. Additionally, I want to give a special shout-out to Coco, who organized wonderful, entertaining evenings for us. His water aerobics classes were incredibly joyful and he truly helped us create some of our best memories. I also want to express my special gratitude to Abdo, the photographer. He is a true professional in his field and an endlessly kind person. He took absolutely stunning photos of me, which captured the magic of our stay so perfectly that they received immense admiration and compliments from everyone who saw them. In short, you are an absolute dream team and I sincerely hope we will meet again very soon🩷 LOVE YOU ALL! 💌🫂
