Bought as "all inclusive", but that was "all wrong". No wi-fi. No meal schedules as was in the offer. Only one bar and one restaurant open. Only cold water in swimming pols. Problems with beach bus (goes once a day but they change the hours unexpectedly). Problems with hot water in the shower. Problems with alcohols in the bar. No animations. No water slides working. Rooms need to be renovated immediately. Every local people we met said that this is the worst hotel in the area.

Terrible experience with unprofessional booking. Expect that the employee will mistaken in applying you prices & tell you deal with yourself. Nothing to do for you. Really ridiculous & unrepeated visit.

This hotel is not a ”resort” as it states. None of the waterslides were availible, there is a bus to the beach at 10 and back at 14, nothing else. Information is only in russian. The breakfast was honestly terrible and Im really not a picky eater but there was nothing that I even wanted to eat. Furthermore, the guy at the check in wanted to have my phone to view the booking he said, and somehow he took the ref numbers and pin code for the booking and rewieved the hotel himself from my account, giving it full grade and wrote in terrible english. I have a printscreen of this and the site of the booking is contacted due to the fraud and therefore im adding this here - dont give them your phone, they already have you in the system, it is only a way to get your pincode for the booking so they can rewiev thenselves by the manual website way. The feeling in this hotel were generally miserable, everything was very old and broken, the AC didnt work and there were very few people around and it is really in the middle of nowhere. The beds were really hard and mosquitos were everywhere. The pool area was however beautiful and very well maintained. I would go somewhere else nonetheless.
