It’s a good hotel with great people, the swimming pool is good to have a cool down if you get too hot which is always a positive

The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. However, there are some rules about the pool area and when we buy all inclusive we expect beer to be included, which did not, it surprised us a lot. But we had a lovely holiday all in all :)

I strongly advise against this hotel. It is far from deserving the advertised standing. The rooms are aging and really need to be renovated. The all-inclusive package is not actually all-inclusive: several services require payment, which is very disappointing. The meals have little variety and quickly become repetitive. Furthermore, there is not enough entertainment, which makes the stay quite boring. You drink water from plastic cups, which is very impractical and does not match the services expected from a hotel of this category. In my opinion, this establishment corresponds more to a 2-star hotel by European standards than to the displayed rating. If you are looking for a quality hotel for your vacation, I advise you to book elsewhere.
