Tropitel Naama Bay

We had a wonderful stay at Nama Bay hotel & Resort, couldn't have asked for a better experience. The rooms were always clean, tidy and comfortable thanks to the fantastic housekeeping team. A special thank you to Mohamed Omar the receptionist who was outstanding. He was friendly, professional and always happy to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly efficiently. The catering manager, chef, and all the catering staff were absolutely amazing. They looked after us like we were family, the food was delicious every day. The chef made it his mission to prepare food that suited our tastes and even went out of his way to create amazing dishes especially for us. His passion, creativity, and dedication made every meal something to look forward to. Our time at Nama Bay hotel & Resort created memories that my family will cherish forever. Thank you to every member of the team from the reception and housekeeping to the restaurant staff and chef for making our holiday so memorable. We would highly recommend this resort and can't wait to return!

The hotel is excellent, several swimming pools, green area, we lived in a bungalow, above the restaurant, the food is good, everything is delicious, variety, staff is responsive and attentive. When we left the bag in the lobby, it was returned to us immediately by security officers. The Naama Bay Promenade is real oriental magic. Very tasty kitchen in the cafe Ali Baba, near the shop Fix price for tourists who do not like to bargain, pharmacy with attentive employees, ATM. There's a disco and rock cafe nearby. I was there from 15/07/2026 to 18/072026 Family vacation with my friend and his family To the point 1- Very fast check in and mr Ibrahim from reception team was polite,smart and very cooperative special thank to him 2-I ordered two connected rooms pool view and they gently gave me my purpose ,good air conditioning ,good minibar but old furniture 3-Beach was sandy and clean with perfect cooperative staff but away from hotel and gulf cars not available all the time 4-Pool and aqua park were clean with perfect life guard team but only 3 Aqua games 5-Animation team and life activities were cool in the 3rd floor 6-Food quality in the 2nd floor restaurant good but low quality of snacks and low quality beverages 7-Location of the Hotel is marvellous in the heart of Naama bay all services available 24 hours To conclude not luxury Hotel but it is considered Value for Price
