Amazing service level! From the moment of settlement, there is a genuine hospitality. The room is in perfect order, the plumbing works perfectly and the interior is thoughtful to the minutiae. Special thanks to the hotel team for their attention to detail and creating an atmosphere of comfort. Recommend to all who appreciate quality!

Nice hotel, wonderful animation team, well fed. On the downsides, the hotel is not suitable if you plan a holiday with children, from beyond the entrance to the sea through the panton, where the depth immediately begins. For people who cannot swim this hotel will not be suitable either, as an alternative choose Hurghada.

Great stay at the Xperience, lovely clean room 1019 ground floor, out onto gardens and pool. All the staff were super friendly especially our room cleaner, Shaddy 1 at the pool.Shaddy2 and Jousef in the restaurant not forgetting big Al the evening drinks waiter.Great choice of food in the restaurant a mix of Nation favourites over the two weeks,also the Speciality restaurants Indian and Mongolian. Top end of the hotel suited us but beach and snorkeling would be better off down the bottom end of hotel, there is a courtesy bus running all day to take you up or down to the sea. And a courtesy bus alternates in the evening to Soho Square and Naama bay also Old Sharm Town.
