Ecoland SPA Hotel

On the day of arrival I tried to call the contact person for the hotel trying to ask if it's possible to check in earlier but got ignored on multiple occasions. I took the bus to the location which is in the middle of nowhere and had to wait for half an hour until some arrived at the reception that I could talk to at the hotel. She was unfriendly and uncooperative when asked if it's possible to check in a bit earlier or at the time written on Airbnb which is 11:00. She then just later on told me after waiting in the launch for more than an hour that I probably can't even check in at 11 as stated but just 14 which also turned out to be the case. While having to wait I wrote the Airbnb manager to ask him about what's going on but this request got ignored as well. At that point I needed to contact Airbnb support to help me resolve the situation since otherwise they would have scammed me for additional 40 euros to cancel the place Horrible hotel, staff and communication. By far the worst hotel experience I've had so far. I advise everyone to avoid this place!

A hotel for a certain contingent. If you've been smoking since childhood and drinking well, this is the place for you because you just won't feel anything. Other people better not even go near this hotel. Tourists also do not recommend: spoil your holiday and generally impression of the city. We only managed to get four hours' sleep because we smelled like smoke and kitchen all the time (when you fry a lot in oil, not including the extractor), and the next day we had to move out because it's impossible to live like that. Interestingly, when we checked in, I warned: my lungs hurt from the smell of cigarettes, so I needed a room that didn't smell from the street - I couldn't have imagined the smell coming from inside. They told me there was no smoking inside, of course, and let's go see the plates. I picked one where nothing could come from the street, because it's got a different roof and nothing else around. I mean, the lady at the reception was warned (even two ladies), but didn't say anything, but calmly took the money and put us up. Despite the fact that there are warnings in the corridors and rooms "no smoking - fine 100 euros", it seems to be just for view, and everyone smokes wherever they want, otherwise there would be no such hell. The room had a good extractor, so it's not clear why there's such an impossible smell of frying. Maybe the other rooms don't have hoods or guests don't feel the need to turn them on. The price depends only on when the hotel was renovated and what price category this renovation is, on the style of the interior, but the air everywhere should be normal, and for smokers there is one isolated special room. If it is a hotel for smokers - guests should be warned about this immediately.

I really don't recommend this accommodation. It's impossible to get service or answers to questions before your trip. I've requested a cancellation ovet 3 weeks in advance and I can't reach anyone. Emails are left unanswered, on phone they requested to send the info on whatsapp and once I did that they haven't answered. I do not recommend to book a room from them.
