Grand Rose Spa Hotel

Beautiful hotel, decorated in the style of roses, which corresponds to the name.The rooms are beautiful, but there are downsides in the rooms, very disliked that there are no dryers for bathing clothes, because the building is old would have to think that the bathroom has ventilation or heating, going to the shower floor all wet and by morning nothing dry, collects damp, swimwear stays wet...on the upper floors the problem if the days are hot,then you do not need to go to the bath,so in the room is hot,the air conditioning is not...in one room the refrigerator worked as a freezer,drinks and products are frozen through🙂,this is about the rooms Spa area cozy beautiful,many kinds of baths,there is an opportunity to make yourself beauty treatments,massages.Attention,polite staff.The spa did not like the pool,very cold, came here 3 years ago so cold was not....In general the hotel and spa are nice,cozy.

Hotel has an excellent location and is filled with old-world charm. The staff was friendly, we were relaxing on the nice courtyard terrace and access to the spa was included in the room price. However, our room on the ground floor of the old wing needs an update. There was no air conditioning, but luckily we were able to open the window to get some air. In the bathroom, there was only a rainfall showerhead, and it would have been much better to have a handheld shower option as well. Overall, the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, but the rooms are due for a renovation.

Great little family holiday with 3 generations from 5 years to 72 years. Good hotel rooms, clean, comfortable temperature. Great customer service. Although there were some noisy guests, reception staff handled everything quickly and professionally and we had a great sleep. Hotel staff is an asset, really made us feel welcome and took care of everything. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts ive ever had at that price point. Again, breakfast service staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Lots of saunas to choose from, pools were good too. They even have bathrobes for the little kids, so cute! And location is the best of course - right in the city centre. Within walking distance to all main attractions, eateries, art/craft shops.
