The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The room was small and generally shabby on the wall sat the enclosure to a TV left missing safe and it was not possible to get really dark. The bathroom was the worst when we showered the water poured out on the floor because the molding in the shower was broken everything got wet. The towels were broken and worn. The buttons in the elevator were on a strange digital light board and could barely be seen. On the way to the entrance you pass a vault and there sat young people from the nearby pizzeria and hamburger bar drinking beer. Avoid this

If you are looking for location, this is the perfect hotel. Just a step away from the historic center of the city and with all services at hand. I would only recommend this hotel if you find a very competitive price compared to the rest of the hotel offerings in the city. Average/low sleep quality. Mattress and pillows that need to be replaced. The bathroom was fine, but lacking in gel/shampoo (we had to request it for two days) and with worn towels. Chaotic breakfast with a self-service setup that only causes lines and discomfort among users. As if there were only one coffee maker and one tap for the entire lounge. A hotel that can improve with four adjustments, and if you find it at a very good price, it is a good decision.

Perfect location, right near Old Town. Lovely and helpful staff. Comfy bed and clean room. Quiet surrounding area. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the bathroom and kettles and tea in the room.
