More of an apartment complex than a hotel. Because a hotel has services, and this hotel has hardly any. Services usually require people, staff, and there is hardly any here. There is no housekeeping, only upon request the night before; replenishing coffee capsules, toilet paper, or soap is also difficult, as are oddities like towel changes.
However, the rooms are quite large and actually designed for four people or more.
The furniture reflects the Nordic style of the 1980s and is quite sturdy but not very attractive. The televisions and lamps also remind one of their own childhood. The bathrooms have been modernized with stylish new whirlpool tubs that must have been inexpensive, but unfortunately, the water flow barely fills them, and there is no shower curtain - showering causes a flood.
The location is okay, not too far from the old town, but there are better locations in Tallinn, and certainly better hotels.
The price is slightly elevated due to increased taxes, although still reasonable. In summary: almost ideal for a family with three children, a disaster for a romantic getaway. Unsuitable for business trips and solo travelers.
