Arensburg Boutique Hotel & Spa

Nice hotel, cleanliness could be better. In the reception they had very dirty walls. Our room was very clean. We stayed on the ”old” side of the hotel which was very nice❤️ (a bit hot during the summer since there is no AC) At breakfast I took hot water from the machine to make some tea, but the water smelled very bad and was dirty.🤢 The breakfast food was ok 😊 Hotel staff was very nice. In the restaurant the staff was a bit slow, even though there were only to couples dining at the moment. Pasta was good, but ceasar salad had very dry chicken on it. Summary: the hotel was okey but could use better mainentance.

While it is well located in a pleasant environment, the rooms are dreadful, dark, and poorly equipped. Black walls.

Spent one night including the restaurant for dinner along with spa treatments. Our spa treatments were outstanding and the price is right. Restaurant was great as well and we really enjoyed our dinner. Our room was very good we got one with a sauna (but the website doesn't tell you that it is not in the main building but around the corner from the property). Our one negative was with the front desk staff who seemingly handled hotel front desk duties as well as reserving spa treatments. This young girl seemed very unprepared for the job as she seemed confused half the time and was unfriendly on top of it and we are not demanding people. We asked if there is a gym in the hotel and she said she didn't know!
