Ruutli Spa Hotel

Great location next to the Kuressaare castle. Very polite staff made our visit comfortable. There was bit noise next to my room and the nice receptionis organized another room for me. Good breakfast, rooms and also clean hotel.

The staff is not friendly. When we arrived, we were denied dinner because the table had to be booked in advance. Breakfasts are monotonous and tasteless. There is no safe in the room. The spa is open only from 17.00 until 21.00. It was very cold in the pool area. The only thing that pleased me was the massages.

Room was clean, hotel breakfast was ok, travelling with kids, so there was plenty for them to choose in the morning. Sauna options were really nice, different options. Slide for kids, kids loved it. Location is great, best restaurants a short walk away, Kuressaare castle is near, also playgrounds.
