Tartu is quite compact town but this hotel is totally in the center - 1 minute walk from old town square and from the university. It can be little noisy in the weekend since there can be live bands...

Excellent location in old town. Clean room, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom even in std room. Very good breakfast, staff very friendly. Within few years hotel will need to do refresh otherwise...
