Club Fiji Resort

We stayed for just one night in a beachfront bure, but unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the overall experience or the vibe of the resort. The photos online gave a much better impression than what we found in reality, so it felt quite misleading. There were also some basic maintenance and cleanliness issues. The tap was loose and falling off, the shower didn’t have a clean or well-maintained look, and unfortunately, we encountered bed bugs during the night. The beachfront location is lovely, and others may enjoy the resort, as everyone has different expectations. However, it simply wasn’t for us, and we were disappointed with the overall standard of the bure.

Stayed here for 6 nights with my daughter. Had adjoining bungalows facing the beach. I chose this as other resorts in the Denauru Port area are much more expensive. At keast double with more expensive food and drink. The bungalow had a comfy double bed, working a/c and wooden shutters with fly screens. The bathroom was dated but there was ample hot water. The grounds are attractive and well kept. Breakfast had plenty of fresh fruit, eggs, toast etc .. There were good lunch and evening options and the new Sri Lankan chef produced good meals at a fair price. Bar was well stocked and the margaritas as good as you would find anywhere. It was mostly adults onsite with just a few children. Atmosphere was chilled with plenty of beach and pool lounging beds. It is cut off from Nadi town and the Port area. I hired a car for the week £30 a day, bought day passes at other hotels, as well as 2,separate day cruises and we ate out 75% of the time. Nadi airport is close by and some days the aircraft, not many of them though were noisy.
