The owner is rude, the photos on the internet are not what the rooms and pool look like. The buffet breakfast is disgraceful, it take 10 mins to get hot water in the shower. Very disappointed with the hotel

Worst experience ever, if you visiting the hotel please don't believe in great reviews else you also get stuck like us. 1- The room was so small, with no towel, so much stain on blanket 2- No water in basin or washroom 3- Didn't provide a single water bottle 4- Nothing was there to fulfill the amenities 5- There was no Tv 6- Wi-Fi was not available as they clearly mentioned it is available. 7- Staff very rude 8- I booked through mmt, in our country small dharmsala is much better than this so-called hotel. 9- Location is also not at premium. 10- About atmosphere- you literally going to regret if you visit there. If in TripAdvisor any option present

Worst experience ever. Rude staff named Simon. Management needs to teach him customer service. No water in hand basin. Air-conditioning not working. Terrible experience.
