Sheraton Denarau Villas

Litiana from the Wet Edge bar and restaurant was remarkable. She was attentive without being intrusive. Friendly without being familiar. Professional could remember all our names, was absolutely delightful and a real treasure for the resort! We will definitely come back!! Thank you to all the beautiful staff.

I was a little confused about how the Sheraton and the Villas differed but it's basically all one complex. The welcome and check in at the main reception was pretty seamless, room was way bigger than I'd imagined but there was water in the room and other supplies in the fridge which was a nice surprise. We walked over to the 'main' hotel for breakfast each morning and that was nice, plenty of choices and very attentive staff. Pool at the villas was lovely, quieter than the main pool at the hotel. The Wet Edge restaurant was a lovely spot for dinner too, great sunsets. Main positive memories - the security guard at the villas was lovely, you definitely wouldn't mess with her but she was super friendly and always made time for a chat. Negative would be the construction, we didn't know about that until very close to the time of our trip, all the villas along one side of the pool were being renovated and with that comes the construction noise which we had hoped to get away from back home. In fairness the workers did seem to be trying to keep things as quiet as possible but you can only angle grind so quietly! Overall though it was a great location (walking distance to the water park and marina) and the room and staff were fantastic so I'd be happy to recommend it to other families.

Great stay, wonderful service, a special mention to Litiana working at the wet Edge and Beryl on the front desk of the Villas, both these ladies continue to go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.
