Double reading of credit card on arrival, why not once. Very small room With strange smell during whole visit. Drinking glasses were dirty.

The hotel’s location was excellent and the breakfast was good. The swimming pool and sauna were also very good. A plus was that the room had a refrigerator. I had a single room on the third floor. The bed was placed crosswise in the middle of the room, making it difficult to move around it. The mirror was positioned opposite the bed, so if you wanted to check your outfit, you had to climb onto the bed. The mattress was extremely hard—almost ascetic. I asked the staff to bring an additional mattress topper, for example, but this was not done.

Find something else. This hotel is just broken. Poor language skills, with the exception of Finnish. Mistake in serving, little willingness to arrange. Occasionally errors on an elevator (door does not close), and clear that it is not of newer date. Ice-cold pool. Absolutely a bad experience. Not among the most expensive on rooms, but given everything, yet too expensive.
