Hotel, if you can call it that, scandalous! In three and a half days from December 27, 2025 to January 30, 2025, never made the room, never cleaned, only a pair of towels each! The bathroom sucks! Shower with curtain and drain on the floor without even the shower tray. Check in/check out including meals at the Santa Claus hotel a ten minute walk away! Alpitour really went down, considering the price paid!

We stayed here a few nights, it is about 600-700 m from center, which is not much, unless you have to drag your luggage on the snow at -15 degrees :) there is a mall close by so you can do some groceries there. Hotel is nice, but it would be good to have a little reception desk.

Yes it’s a very basic hotel, more like a hostel but it’s very clean and warm, hot shower, comfortable beds, free parking and short walk into town
