This hotel has air-conditioned rooms. (Note that not all of the rooms have cooling). This was the main reason we chose this hotel. Otherwise the hotel is clean, but very basic. The spa is actually a municipal swimming pool, it's OK, but hardly a spa. If you a staying at Hamina in summer time and it's a market-day, a suggest skipping the hotel breakfast and eating at the marketplace, located at a very short walking distance. Breakfast is OK, but the expect you to return your dishes and the selection is something out of the nearest grocery store.

We booked a superior room for us. Room was clean and spacious. Toilet/shower work fine and there was many towels and showergel and shampoo. Room rate is included bathrobe and slippers. There was a minibar but no coffeemaker or electric kettle. But, at the reseptionfloor, there was a brewed coffee and biscuits and tea. Parking place for your car is located backyard hotel. It´s free. Breakfast was a good, there was all kind of food and i think everybody gets something to eat. Location is best what you get at Hamina. And, staff was very friendly and helpful, thank you again!

Hotel is nice with access to a swimmingpool (on the other side of the road). Breakfast OK, but there could be a little bit bigger selection. Parking free of charge for your car. Fast check in and price reasonable.
