Omena Hotel Lonnrotinkatu

It was uninhabited and booked without knowing it was a Paskey hotel. I found out after I arrived at the hotel and checked my email but there was no password. I tried to call you, but you didn't answer! I was outside for about 40 minutes at a loss, thinking about other strategies, when a cleaner who was cleaning the outside and inside the hotel called me. When I told him what happened, he let me in the hotel and asked me to use the intercom. But instead of finally answering the phone, telling him what happened, and saying I would send the password right away, I still haven't received it after 30 minutes! I've had three conversations and each time a different person responds, so it's a workaround! I felt sorry for the situation, and the cleaner was complaining about it again, until finally! Finally. Finally. Here comes the password. I've wasted two hours of my life! I will never stay here again!

Check-in is contactless, everything is done online. The room is small but warm and cozy, the bed is comfortable, clean everywhere. The bathroom is comfortable. Location in the heart of the city

Very basic hotel. No onsite staff so any problems are difficult to sort - I was given the incorrect room details (room already occupied) and it took them 2hrs to call back. Room was passable but bathroom is a ‘pod’ design so very little space with shower curtain sticking to you when you shower. My room was also next to a generator and cold. Only redeeming factors were a comfy bed with good pillows and good central location. Wouldn’t book again.
