Excellent customer service. Very good location, just a short walk from the city center. Beautiful, clean and quiet room with sauna. Delicious breakfast.

The hotel is not in the bustling side of the city, but it is right next to the Hakaniemi market and very near to the Metro and tram stops which only takes 1 - 2 stops to reach the city centre. We booked a Superior Room, which was very spacious. We got the one with the kitchenette (was hoping for the one with sauna, though). The kitchenette is only for heating food, not for cooking. There's cups, plates and cutlery provided, and a microwave. The best thing about the room is actually the bathroom. The heated floor was so fantastic as the floor is usually cold especially early in the morning and after showers in other hotel. But in this hotel, the bathroom is the most cosy and warm space in the room. The room decor is unique, but I think it is time for a facelift as it looks a bit worn over the years. Breakfast was just normal as per others. We could leave our luggage in the luggage room after we check out, which was great. Just note that any of the guests could request for access card to the luggage room, so everything's based on trust. Make sure you don't leave money or valuables, to be safe. All in all, a good stay.

Nice lobby, nice room. Good temperature, great breakfast. Nice workers. Cloakroom is available but is opne to everyone with a passcode.... not the safest
