SOKOS VAAKUNA

I booked a room at the hotel well in advanxe mainly because of its location. It wss close to the place where I would be lecturing the following day. When I arrived late in the night everything went smooth and I received a key to the room 521. What the guy in the reception didn't tell me was that this was not an ordinary room but instead a very awkward "artistic" one. Ugly would probably be the best word to describe it... Why on earth wasn't I asked if I wanted this kind of an "experience"? Waking up in the midst of the "art" covered walls and ceiling was not a pleasant experience.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. The hotel employees are nice and there are various restaurants right next door. The rooms are still of good quality, although I have no experience with the standard rooms. The only downside is the small gym, which is however marketed on the hotel website as one where you can do your workout. Well you can't. for example, you can only train your upper back muscles with dumbbells. There are two exercise bikes and two treadmills each, although the gym is not used very much. They should get a smith instead.

Great Service, Nice Staff! Fresh and clean rooms. And above all a magically good breakfast! The best breakfast ever! Great selection! Homemade with love! And the best porridge! Very impressed! my whole party attested that it was among the best breakfast they had in a hotel. So top rating!
