I was disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely hot during the night, especially now that it is summer, and there was no air conditioning. It was very difficult to sleep comfortably because of the heat. The room was also not properly cleaned when I arrived. The bathroom and the floor were dirty, which was very disappointing. In addition, the heating was not working and there was no power outlet available for use. I hope the hotel will improve the cleanliness of the rooms and provide better cooling or ventilation during the summer. Guests should be able to expect a clean and comfortable room upon arrival.
