Very disappointing experience for the price we paid. Cold, unprofessional, and indiscreet staff. There is no service after 7 p.m., not even a drink vending machine. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived as a group of 4 in the room and there was no hot water to shower. After trying for a long time to reach someone, I was directed to a maintenance man/security guard/gardener who occupies a hotel room in exchange for small services, who opened a spare room for us so we could shower, and there we were wandering the hallways at 10 p.m. with our toiletry bags like at a campsite under the surprised gazes of the other hotel guests, only to repeat the "campsite shower" operation upon waking up. In the morning at breakfast, a very small buffet, very poorly stocked, in a very small room (about fifteen people), we ate in very close proximity to the cleaning lady who was doing the dishes by hand (calm and hygiene??). We left as we arrived without apologies, without contact information for customer service (which we managed to contact by email anyway, but with no response). In summary, I advise avoiding this semblance of a hotel that would do better to lower its prices or seriously review the quality of its service.
