Park and Suites Prestige Hotel (Divonnes les Bains)

Very good bedding apart hotel nien equipped hearty breakfast very smiling housekeeper and very polite reception staff, it explained everything to us very well. Very well placed the hotel in the center and a very quiet area we will definitely return.

The only good thing: the adorable young man at the reception. For the rest: extremely dirty room, crumbs on the table, dust everywhere, disgusting carpeting, dirty dishes, dirt-clogged ventilation, stains everywhere, used condom in the garbage, butts and cigarette packages started on the terrace, dubious smell... Weirdly, impossible to put a review directly on the hotel website (where there are, weirdly, only positive reviews).

The cleanliness is limited in the toilets, the shower is dilapidated, the breakfast is non-existent, the bed dug in the middle therefore a bad night's sleep and the corridor is dirty and the carpet is very damaged, you can hear the neighbors. The entrance doors as well as the elevator full of fingerprints and dirt, trash can in front of the door overflowing.‼️in short not worth a 4⭐️‼️
