Hotel near the center of Fermey Voltaire, with structure that also has a kind of annex a few meters from the main structure. Also equipped with swimming pool for summer. The rooms are quite soundproof, comfortable.

I often hesitate to give an opinion, because it is easier to criticize than to be objective... But sometimes it is necessary. So here is a sincere review of our experience at this hotel. We came up with the idea of extending our holidays and discovering the Mount Jura reserve. The hotel is well located for hiking and close to roads. If your goal is simply to spend a night near the airport, this is ideal. On the other hand, the city itself has, in my opinion, no interest... except the Château Voltaire. The center is not very engaging: a dormitory town close to the border, and that’s all. The positives Entry conforming to standards Friendly and competent staff Breakfast varied (savory/sweet) and good quality Well equipped gym New Hammam (warning: a nozzle blows down, risk of injury) The negatives The rooms do not meet the standard of a 4 star (a 3 at best... or even a 2) Kitchenette poorly equipped Terrace unusable due to two large ventilation blocks Unpleasant room and bathroom, with a synthetic perfume smell on arrival Swimming pool liner very damaged and uncomfortable deckchairs. I was a little uncomfortable with some dress practices very different from mine. It’s a personal feeling, but it influenced my relaxing experience at this place. No management of selective sorting: one garbage can, while we are close to nature reserves This is the first time I’ve asked to shorten a hotel stay. It’s not according to the description and I’m happy to go home. In short: avoid. And, please, Mr Manager, there is no need to respond to this message for e-reputation: instead, focus your efforts on the real improvement of services.

The hotel is located 2 steps from the town center and at the same time on the border with Switzerland and with Geneva and the airport, there is also a private park where you can put your car. The staff is friendly and helpful, overall a good hotel.
