Campanile Clermont Ferrand

Traveling from Nice to Auray, we had booked for both the outbound and return trips. Well located, not too far from the center of Clermont. Good reception, the rooms are clean and of good size. The restaurant is of good quality as well as the breakfast. Everything was fine; we settled the bill in the morning when leaving, and in the evening while looking at the bill, some dishes from the restaurant were charged to us additionally! We should have checked before leaving. What a pity. Check your bills before leaving.

Disappointing stay due to a malfunctioning air conditioning system that was not reported. Upon our arrival, we noticed technicians performing repairs in the establishment. Despite this, during our check-in, the hostess did not inform us at any point that the air conditioning in our room was not working — even though it was included in the reserved service. We therefore endured our entire stay without air conditioning, which made our experience particularly uncomfortable. This lack of transparency from the staff is unacceptable: we would have at least liked to be informed so that we could make arrangements. To date, no compensation or goodwill gesture has been offered to us. This is not the level of service that one is entitled to expect. I do not recommend this establishment as it stands.

First experience in the Campanile le Brezet hotel. We regularly make the journey between the Loire Atlantique and the Bouches du Rhône with a break near Clermont Ferrand. We enjoyed the hotel already for the adorable welcome. The dinner was very good value for money. The small ...uh big Spritz , signature and custom 😉 was excellent. Clean and quiet room, good bedding. Exceptional breakfast in terms of choice, quantity and quality of products. Efficient, professional and pleasant service. We leave satisfied and will definitely return.
