I entrusted my apartment to this agency for a four-month seasonal rental. Result: over €500 in electricity, nearly €300 in water, EDF penalties because the procedures were not followed correctly, and an agency that refuses to take responsibility. Their response? They reimburse a portion of the consumption, but not the subscriptions, not the VAT, not the penalties, and nothing regarding water. No listening, no questioning, no search for a solution. I therefore withdrew my management mandate and retrieved the keys to my apartment. If you are an owner and you are looking for a serious manager, I invite you to think twice before entrusting your property to them. For my part, this experience cost me dearly and I will never renew my trust. Share more

I was very disappointed by my experience with this agency. Despite a cleaning package set at 100 euros for an apartment of 40 m2, 50 euros extra were taken after my departure. The explanation provided was the time spent which does not correspond to the principle of a flat rate, no survey of the place of exit was made. The apartment was left in a correct condition belonging to a standard household just covered by this package. In addition I had to restart several times to get a reply to my emails, which is regrettable. Be vigilant about additional charges.
