Very bad experience with this agency. Total lack of professionalism and more than questionable practices well known in the resort. Conflicting information, missed deadlines, over-lease. I strongly advise against using this agency, either as a tenant or as a landlord. Check the reviews carefully and make sure you have written guarantees. For my part, I bitterly regret having trusted this structure.

I confirm the latest reviews it is to flee, quality of the deplorable apartments cleaning not done on our arrival, bathroom fixtures holding only electric cables. We have withheld part of our security deposit for the two apartments for a trace under a shutter of a single apartment, DU VOLE and IPOCRISIE!!!!

A FUIR!! of thieves! Forget your deposit, they will take money from you when you leave even when you enter the premises the apartments were dirty! We made the apartments cleaner than when we arrived and were taken from our deposit of 170 €, because of a toilet poorly cleaned while I recall the 2 APARTMENTS WERE MADE AVAILABLE TO US DIRTIER THAN WHEN WE LEFT. We made the effort to clean up, but obviously scamming people and deducting 170€ is their strong point. Apartments in poor quality, we made a complaint to the agency, they did not respond and took the security deposit without answers from them. Unacceptable! I'm ashamed to have given every penny to this agency, we come to Pra Loup every year and have never had problems renting elsewhere: RUN AWAY!!
