Trianon

The only good thing about this hotel was the location near the sea and near the station, everything else was a disaster… The reception only speaks French and it was complicated to understand each other, the hotel is under complete renovation especially the stairs with a risk of falling, the room was very small but clean, it was impossible to take a shower because the drain did not work and the whole room flooded…

A treasure in the center of Juan Les Pins. Beautiful neighborhood. The manager is very welcoming. The room was very clean. Very practical fridge. If you are looking for a room near the beach, you are at the right address. The beach and the sea are very nice.

I’ll cut to the chase: the place is filthy everywhere. My room wasn’t well cleaned either: hairs, mould stains in the shower and used soap left by the last guest. I wouldn’t even touch the ‘breakfast’ place (tables looked like they were cleaned a year ago). If you are placed on the top floor, brace yourself for a lot of stairs. The room is extremely small. I wouldn’t call this place a hotel but a low budget hostel. There’s no one at reception for most of the time which isn’t good if you have issues. My shower drain was blocked and nothing was done even though I complained twice. Positive side is that the room has a fridge and there’s a microwave on the second floor. The manager Kenza is nice. If you can, pay a little bit more and go to a proper hotel. Don’t believe the photos online, it’s not like that. I regretted. This place is expensive for what it is.
