Rooms small, uncomfortable, not all bath towels are fresh. Messy hanging, partly fancy curtains, which probably doesn't matter here. Very narrow elevator, only 50x70cm wide, no joke! The room locks pop at night. You can hear the neighbors talking. Rooms facing the street very noisy, street cleaning or garbage collection every morning. Totally overpriced for a poor ambience.

Location I would say very good a stone's throw from the croisette and the beach. It is convenient just to stay a few nights but no more. Very small room with only one power outlet and one socket for light. Breakfast to avoid, better take it out.

Really nice hotel and very kind and courteous staff. Attentive to every need Clean rooms impeccable and strategic location as it is very close to the sea, the port and the center. The staff knows how to answer any question and need.
