Perfect escape. Great breakfast, cozy clean rooms.

Very disappointing experience. During our stay, part of the ceiling in our room actually fell down. This was not simply an inconvenience or a minor maintenance issue, but a serious safety concern that could have resulted in someone being injured. We immediately reported the incident and provided photos, but what disappointed us even more was the way the situation was handled. By the time we checked out, no proper solution or meaningful compensation had been offered, despite the seriousness of what happened. For a hotel of this category and reputation, I expected a completely different level of responsibility, communication and customer care when dealing with such a serious incident. The problem itself was unacceptable, but the lack of an appropriate response afterwards made the overall experience even more disappointing. Guests should be able to make an informed decision about where they stay, which is why we believe it is important for this experience to remain publicly visible.

The hotel brand represents itself as new but it is refurbished and it truly is a basic update. The property has a lot of flaws. Overall, the lobby area is fine. We stayed on the 5th floor and there was literal mold all over the ceiling. The hallways had air fresheners plugged in all over the floor which I assume is trying to cover up the smell of mildew or mold. The terrace on the rooms had loose boards that just gave the vibe of unsafe. Fortunately we only stayed for a one night on our way to our Airbnb but this hotel is a bust. Do not stay here.
