Our stay at the Pullman Cannes Mandelieu went very well until the moment of departure, unfortunately spoiled by the behavior of Itab, the 5th-floor housekeeper. We were supposed to leave the room at 2:00 PM. At 1:20 PM, therefore 40 minutes before our scheduled departure time, Itab knocked on our door then, without waiting for me to be able to come and open it, she directly opened the room door. She did not enter the room, but by opening the door, she obviously saw me inside. I found this situation extremely awkward and intrusive, especially since we were still perfectly within the authorized hours. She then asked me, in a tone that I found very aggressive, why we still had not left the room and made me understand that she did not understand why we were still there, even though our departure was indeed scheduled for 2:00 PM. She then told me that she was putting the "Do Not Disturb" sign back on the door. When leaving the room, however, I found this sign thrown on the floor in front of the door. I ran into her again afterward to ask her for an explanation, because I had been truly shocked by this way of acting. I specify once again that the stay had gone very well up until then. It is precisely for this reason that this end to our stay particularly disappointed me. In an establishment of this caliber, one expects respect, discretion, and a professional manner of addressing guests from the staff, and even more so from a floor manager. It is a shame that a stay that had been very pleasant until then ended on such an unpleasant experience.

Célia is a very professional therapist who knew how to adapt to my tension problems. I came out relaxed and soothed Thanks to her

Hello, when booking, I couldn't reach the hotel, I was directed to the reservation center, a nice person, I asked them if I could reserve room 704, (for info, we have been coming down once or twice a year for 15 years), everything was OK except that upon arrival we didn't get the reserved room without a bathtub. Léa, the receptionist, was very nice and found us 706, having no choice we accepted. For 4 years we have been told that the hotel should be renovated, nothing happens and there are many things to do, carpet, interior painting of the rooms, bathrooms, cleaning in general, especially in the breakfast room, the breakfast plates with traces of previous food, along the pool the wood of the tables all faded. 1 of the elevators broke down the day after our arrival, I went to the reception to inform them, one of the people was very unpleasant and told me that she was aware of it, and that I could walk up the stairs to the 7th floor, I replied that I had a disability card!!!!!!!!!!! (inappropriate response) especially in a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, on the positive side, fortunately you have staff (the valet Livio, the beach attendants Thomas and the ladies at breakfast) who do everything to ensure our week goes as well as possible. The morning of our departure, no bread at breakfast (response: wasn't delivered this morning), fortunately we went down at 7 o'clock, and at 8 o'clock 120 people from a seminar were coming down for breakfast. And a person introduced themselves to us, asking if we were satisfied with the services; what luck to be able to speak with the new general manager of the establishment who was taking up his duties that very day; we shared our comments with him, which he took note of.
