Best Western Cannes Riviera Hotel

The location is good, 5 minutes from the train station and buses with good connections to Monaco, Antibes and Nice. The common areas are well maintained but the room could do with a refresh although it was clean. The main issue were the towels which seemed to have a grey hue and were old. Basic toiletries were provided but not amenities such as shower cap which should be standard for a 4*. Breakfast was decent, good selection and the pastries were great. The swimming pool is small and crowded so didn't use. The use of the spa facilities cost €25 but not worth it. Cold pool, just sauna & hammam, no jacuzzi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No frills hotel, best is the location although about 10 minutes walk to the beach.

I stayed 11 days while attending the CANNES film festival. Every hotel was either booked or five times their normal price. While the prices were inflated during this time., I had excellent service from the staff and a very pleasant day. The location is great. You can get anywhere by train as you're just moments from the station and town is a five minute walk. There is a small gym, which is a plus. Treadmill, bike, elliptical, and sit up board. Though not a fitness center per se it'll do. The only thing I would've liked is that there's absolutely no room service. That was a surprise to me. With a full days activities I sometimes like to retreat to my room and have a private dinner to recharge. However, food to go is easy to get and high-quality in this area so if you're looking for a convenient place to stay with a beautiful little pool, great staff and a nice vibe at a reasonable price, this is perfect for you.
