Very good stay. Very good welcome.

My husband and here stayed here for our anniversary in July. The service we received was generally very good and the main house was great, but we were definitely disappointed based on our expectations. Firstly, the pool area felt a bit sad and aged compared to the photos on the website, and there were children loudly playing and jumping in the pool, even though it was outside of the family pool use hours. Also, we booked a room in the new part of the hotel, as we wanted to ensure we had air conditioning. However, the air conditioning didn't work very well and the room was hot and stuffy all night, with no way to even open the window. I would have preferred to have a fan or staying in the main house to open up the windows. I do not feel that the air conditioning should be a selling point of these rooms. Overall, this just didn't feel to the standard of a 4 star hotel, but I truly can't fault the service or location.

Magnificent place where contemporary chic and authenticity form a very successful union! The atmosphere is very pleasant, as if time stands still! A welcoming team that is always available to offer you a little advice. The Health Club is very pleasant and the treatments are high quality. Breakfast buffet: fresh and varied. The rooms: chic, comfortable, and practical! Ideal for a stay where disconnecting is on the agenda! To do or to do again
