There are places that mark a life... The Martinez is now one of them. To celebrate my 40th birthday, my husband gifted me a weekend in this legendary palace, and we experienced a true interlude of happiness. We are deeply in love, and the Martinez enhanced every moment of this celebration. From our arrival, we were welcomed with a kindness, an elegance, and an attention that deeply touched us. Every member of the staff contributed, with great discretion and professionalism, to making our stay absolutely perfect. Our room, with its incredible sea view, was a true painting. Opening the curtains in the morning and contemplating this view will remain one of our most beautiful memories. The days spent on the private beach were just as wonderful. Everything seemed suspended in time. The Martinez is not just an exceptional hotel; it is a place where you create memories that remain etched forever. Thanks to you, we celebrated my 40th birthday in the most beautiful conditions possible and experienced a moment that we will never forget. A huge thank you to all the teams for their welcome, their smiles, their kindness, and their attention to detail. You largely contributed to making this stay one of the most beautiful moments of our history. We left the Martinez with hearts full of happiness... with only one certainty: we will return. went there for breakfast, walked into the lobby and the first thing i got were "suspicious eyes" from a tall Herman Munster looking guy. i said that i was here for breakfast, and he or another worker pointed me to the dining room. so my wife and i walk over to the hostess and i say two for breakfast, and then comes the dumbest question in the history of hospitality "what is your room number" she says. and i state that we are not staying at the hotel, and she comes back with the BS statement that they are fully committed for breakfast. now mind you the ding room is 50 percent empty and its 10AM so breakfast is one more hour. so she lied to us. hey General Manager im confused. how many people like myself do you turn away a day trying to be "EXCLUSIVE"? i did some quick math, somewhere around ten a day i figure at 200 euros a pop over 365 days is somewhere around 750000 euros of lost revenue. and its not like this place is a five star hotel, its a "Hyatt" so say 3 star is more like it. oh and while im at it, have a little more respect when an American walks into your Hotel, and you know where im going with this. pretentious wanna be hotel. AVOID!
