The property has a structure that could be pleasant: the overall layout is rather well thought out and the environment seems promising. Unfortunately, the quality of the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Insufficient cleanliness The room was far from spotless: visible dust, traces of grime, and some elements (such as the fridge, the hob, the towel dryer or the ledges) seemed not to have been cleaned for quite some time. This gives the impression of neglect that spoils the experience. Incomplete services No towels available at the pool, which is surprising for an establishment of this type. This forces customers to improvise, which is not ideal. Lack of availability at weekends On Sunday, bar and restaurant closed. No Food Service offered, which may be a problem for travelers who rely on hotel facilities. In short, a place that could be pleasant with minimal effort on maintenance and services. Too bad the potential is not better exploited.

The staff are welcoming. The food is great. When we arrived to our room there was no hot water to take a shower. They assured us it was a boiler issue; hot water finally appeared a couple hours later. There is no AC; we had the temp set to lowest temp, several hours later the room is still a hotbox and incredibly uncomfortable. If hospitality is important to you, then this is a great spot. If comfort is important, then you may want to look elsewhere.

A perfect place to sleep, quiet serenity comfort and amazing restaurant. We are well received, the cleanliness is impeccable, it is beautifully arranged and the Award is very correct. I'm looking for flaws, but I can't find any. I'll go back!
