This is not a hotel, they are scammers.
At the time of booking, a certain amount was displayed, but a much higher sum was charged to my bank card. In addition, they add paid services without your authorization. For example, they charged me for parking even though I arrived by taxi and didn't even have a car.
When I asked for a refund for this service that I never used, they refused. No one was able to provide me with a clear explanation. Instead of resolving the problem, they keep sending me from one person to another: in the morning, they tell me to call back in the evening, and in the evening, they tell me to call back in the morning. It's going in circles.
I strongly advise against this hotel. Check all the amounts you are charged carefully, otherwise you risk paying for services you never requested.
