Great hotel with great service and location, good breakfast.

I booked a stay amounting to €5,040, scheduled nearly a month later. Following a serious medical issue, I submitted a medical certificate as soon as it was issued in order to request a goodwill gesture or a cancellation. The response was a categorical refusal, with no search for a solution, despite the time remaining before the stay. For an establishment that regularly shows full occupancy in high season, this attitude is particularly difficult to understand. Beyond the financial aspect, I had to devote considerable time to trying to resolve this situation: calls, emails, follow-ups... without obtaining the slightest cooperation. It has even been extremely difficult for me to obtain a simple invoice for my reservation, which is still being denied despite several requests. Upon checking my rights, I found that the general terms and conditions of sale were neither accessible on the website nor attached to my reservation confirmation. I have kept screenshots to provide proof of this. When a customer invests €5,040, they are entitled to expect transparency, professionalism, and a minimum of consideration. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. I have therefore contacted the relevant authorities to examine these practices. I do not recommend this establishment.

Clean nice room. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Close to both beach and city center.
